We offer comprehensive landing gear services that include full disassembly, cleaning, dimensional inspection, and precision reassembly—all performed in-house. Our certified team conducts Level III non-destructive testing (NDT), utilizing magnetic particle, ultrasonic, eddy current, visual, liquid penetrant, and Barkhausen noise methods. We provide a full range of surface finishing and plating treatments such as cadmium strip, LHE cadmium, nickel strike, alodine, passivation, CHEMFILM, and chromate conversion. Our precision machining capabilities cover CNC milling, turning, boring, honing, grinding, and heat treatment for tight-tolerance components. We also perform certified welding, aluminum flame spray, and soda blasting to restore structural integrity and extend component life. Assembly services include integration of nose and main gear systems, shock absorbers, wheels, brakes, hydraulics, and retraction systems. Our engineering team supports custom tooling, repair development, and cost-effective alternative repair methods. Throughout every step, we maintain strict quality control and full traceability to ensure compliance with aviation-grade standards.
