From the beginning our founders Nicolas Finazzo and Robert Nichols set out to address the wide-ranging and underserved needs of mid-life flight equipment stakeholders. On December 22, 2020 AerSale Corp. became a public company through a business combination with Monacle Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation, otherwise known as a “SPAC.” The combined company, AerSale Corporation ("AerSale"), has its common stock trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "ASLE" and its warrants under the ticker symbol "ASLEW."
