Facilities
AerSale’s heavy maintenance services are conducted at FAA-certified repair stations in Goodyear, Arizona, Roswell, New Mexico, and Millington, Tennessee.
Goodyear, Arizona
AerSale’s Goodyear facility spans 40 acres and includes over 360,000 square feet of hangar space and dedicated areas for maintenance, modifications, and aircraft painting. This site holds an FAA Class 4 “Unlimited” repair station rating for both airframe and component MRO.
Roswell, New Mexico
AerSale’s Roswell facility is located in a high and dry-desert climate ideally suited for long-term aircraft storage, and provides storage capacity for approximately 500 aircraft on paved surfaces. This facility also features over 100,000 square feet of hangar space to accommodate specialized aircraft heavy maintenance, modification, and disassembly operations.
Millington, Tennessee
AerSale’s Millington facility includes a 112,000-square-foot hangar with space for two narrowbody aircraft, back-shop capability, and three acres of ramp space. It supports narrowbody maintenance and heavy MRO operations, along with widebody and narrowbody storage, disassembly, and on-site component repair.
